WHAT IS A PODCAST?
A podcast is essentially a radio show that is stored on the internet, so that you can listen to it at your convenience, by streaming it at home (on your computer) or downloading to your phone or tablet so you can listen on the go.
STREAMING: To listen to our show by streaming it at home on your computer, go to uncannycounty.com/episodes or audioboom.com/channel/uncanny-county to listen.
DOWNLOAD: You can also listen on-the-go by subscribing to our podcast on your mobile device. The podcasting app on your phone or tablet will automatically download current and future episodes so that you can listen to them later (even when you do not have an internet connection).
  • iPhone: Simply open the Podcasts app (it comes pre-installed on recent devices), search for “Uncanny County” (or just click HERE) and click on “Subscribe.”
  • Android devices: Download the Stitcher app (free from Google Play), open the app and search for “Uncanny County.” Click on the plus sign (+) to add it to your favorites. Then go to the favorites list and click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. There you can tell the app to download new episodes as they become available.
